The Lumber City Development Corporation offers low-interest financing for business activities in North Tonawanda, for justifiable business uses including, but not limited to, financing for fixed assets, inventory, working capital. The LCDC offers flexible rates, terms, and conditions on loans of at least $25,000. The streamlined process is easy to navigate and a package can be developed to combine with other institutional lenders.

Eligible Projects
Expansion or construction in the City of North Tonawanda will be eligible to receive a business loan from the Lumber City Development Corporation.
