The LCDC offers flexible rates, terms, and conditions on loans of at least $25,000. The streamlined process is easy to navigate and a package can be developed to combine with other institutional lenders.

Expansion or construction in the City of North Tonawanda will be eligible to receive a business loan from the Lumber City Development Corporation.
