Lumber City Development Corporation helped this high tech manufacturer build a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility to expand operations. In just two years the company added nearly 50 new employees with significantly more growth slated over the next 3 years. The company built in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidelines in order to obtain its Green Building status from the United States Green Building Council. These measures included using recycled materials and installing high energy efficient systems with consideration for ergonomic and environmental quality.

The $450,000 investment leveraged $2.8 million in private investment and supported advanced manufacturing jobs in North Tonawanda. Positions were created in management, engineering, sales, and production (welders and assemblers). This success was a collaborative effort between the Lumber City Development Corporation, the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency, and the State of New York.
