Remington Tavern & Seafood Exchange

The former 'Powerhouse' building in the Remington-Rand complex is a centerpiece of North Tonawanda's history. This beautiful, 9,000 square foot historic factory space became the anchor of the signature Remington Lofts on the Canal development completed in 2012.

Through assistance from the State of New York and Lumber City Development, a $350,000 investment leveraged $1 million in private investment and supported more than 50 jobs. Today, this space is home to fine dining with a great view overlooking the historic Erie Canal known as the Remington Tavern & Seafood Exchange.
