Woodcock Brothers Brewery

Woodcock Brothers Brewery, owned by two brothers- Tim and Mark Woodcock, opened their brewery and restaurant operation in Wilson, New York. The company saw exponential growth at their Wilson location, so the two brothers wanted to expand into a second location closer to the north town area.

After seeing the success of Platter’s Chocolates at the Wurlitzer Building on Niagara Falls Boulevard, the Woodcock brothers felt this was the ideal site to not only capture new visitors, but to complement Platter’s Chocolate factory and add to the overall revitalization of this iconic building.

Once home to the Rudolph Wurlitzer Company and world renowned for manufacturing organs, the Wurlitzer Building is an iconic landmark in North Tonawanda. Partnering with the Wurlitzer Building, in 2019 Woodcock Brothers Brewery undertook a $1.3 million to open a state-of-the-art beer manufacturing facility and brew pub restaurant. Assistance provided by the New York State Office of Community Renewal and Niagara County Industrial Development Agency made this project a reality and helped create over 40 jobs.
